Submitting an appointment request through this website or WhatsApp does not by itself confirm an appointment. Appointments are confirmed only when our team contacts you and confirms a date and time. Please arrive on time; late arrival may shorten your session.

3. Cancellations

If you cannot attend, please inform us as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp so we can offer your slot to another client.

4. Medical information

All treatments involve individual assessment. Suitability, expected outcomes, risks, recovery, and the number of sessions vary between individuals and are discussed during consultation. Read our Medical Disclaimer.
